‘Black Death’ known as bubonic plague was reported in an inner Mongolian city of China. China has remained to be the center of most of the pandemics and plagues.
Measures to prevent the plague have been taken care of in China still, the world looks at China with fear. The first of bubonic plague cases were reported from Bayannur in Inner Mongolia. This autonomous region is located in the northwest of Beijing.
Yersinia pestis bacterium causes this serious disease. The plague is transmitted through fleas through rodents. Marmots are the hosts of the new disease.
